Full-Time / Temporary Project Work Branson Road Works is hiring Flaggers and Pilot Car Drivers for an upcoming highway construction project on Colorado State Highway 69 near Westcliffe, Colorado . We're looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals to help maintain safe and efficient traffic control through active work zones. Whether you're an experienced flagger or looking to get started in the traffic control industry, we'd like to hear from you. What We Offer Consistent full-time hours Competitive pay Opportunity for future projects throughout Colorado Professional, safety-first work environment Training available for qualified applicants Responsibilities Flaggers Safely direct traffic through highway construction work zones Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow crew members Monitor traffic conditions and maintain safe work areas Follow all company safety procedures and MUTCD guidelines Pilot Car Drivers Safely escort motorists through construction zones Maintain communication with flaggers and traffic control supervisors Follow established pilot car procedures and safety requirements Provide courteous and professional interaction with the traveling public Requirements Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite in Westcliffe Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Dependable attendance and punctuality Strong commitment to safety Flagger certification preferred (training available for qualified candidates) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required for Pilot Car Driver applicants Work Conditions Outdoor highway construction environment Exposure to traffic, weather, and changing jobsite conditions Ability to stand for extended periods (Flagger position) How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed to get started.
