We are seeking a reliable and skilled

CERTIFIED

Flagger to join our team

IMMEDIATELY.

CERTIFIED

Flagger , you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of construction sites and traffic flow during construction projects. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A Drug test will be required at certain job locations. We provide transportation if needed.

Duties:

• Operate and maintain flagging equipment, including backhoes, loaders, and graders.
• Identify and mark potential hazards on construction sites to prevent accidents.
• Direct traffic flow and ensure that traffic signals are properly set up and functioning.
• Work closely with heavy equipment operators to ensure that equipment is being used safely and efficiently.
• Conduct utility locating to identify underground utilities and prevent damage.
• Participate in pre-shift safety meetings and perform regular safety checks on equipment and construction sites.
• Provide clear and concise instructions to construction workers and traffic to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE A IDAHO FLAGGING CERTIFICATION.

• Knowledge of construction site safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to operate SAFELY traffic control equipment.
• Experience with utility locating.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with construction workers and traffic.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures.
