Overview Join our dynamic Traffic Safety Team and get ready to work outdoors in a fast-paced, energetic environment! Responsibilities Assist with traffic management and safety procedures at work zones and construction sites Support paving projects and other construction activities by preparing sites and assisting with material movement Follow safety protocols diligently to protect yourself, team members, and the public during outdoor operations Maintain equipment inspections and report any issues promptly to ensure optimal performance Collaborate with team members to complete site documentation, logs, and safety reports efficiently Manage traffic flow and work zones Protect utility and construction crews working near roadways. Set up cones, warning signs, and safety equipment Work as part of a small 2-person crew Requirements Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the day Basic understanding of heavy equipment operation or a strong interest in learning these skills Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines precisely Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills Valid driver's license required for operating trucks or moving equipment on-site Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40lbs This role is designed for motivated individuals eager to build a career in outdoor environments.
