Our projects support public and private sector clients and require a strong commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism. We are seeking a dedicated and safety-focused Work Zone Safety Crew Member to support daily field operations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining safe work environments for employees, clients, motorists, and pedestrians. The ideal candidate will be responsible, eager to learn, and capable of working in a variety of outdoor conditions while adhering to established safety procedures and company standards. Key Responsibilities Set up, maintain, and remove temporary traffic control devices, including signs, cones, barricades, arrow boards, and other work zone equipment. Assist with traffic control operations in accordance with project requirements and applicable safety regulations. Support utility construction, fiber optic installation, and grounds maintenance projects as needed. Perform daily equipment inspections and report any deficiencies or safety concerns. Follow all company, client, and regulatory safety requirements. Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and the public when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized work site. Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment. Participate in safety meetings, training programs, and ongoing professional development opportunities. Qualifications Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
