Role:
As a Crew Member , you will perform general street maintenance duties, focusing on concrete work and infrastructure repair. You'll operate equipment, assist with repairs, and support emergency response efforts such as snow and ice removal.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Pouring and finishing concrete for sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and traffic islands Operating equipment such as single and tandem-axle dump trucks Performing general street and infrastructure maintenance Assisting with traffic control set-up Supporting snow and ice removal operations (including 12-hour shifts during events) Working safely around traffic and heavy equipment Following verbal and written instructions Maintain reliable attendance This employee must obtain a Commercial Driver's Permit within 30 days of employment and obtain and maintain a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License with Tanker Endorsement within 120 days of employment.
Work Environment:
This position requires outdoor work in all weather conditions and involves physical activity such as lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, climbing, and working on uneven surfaces. Potential Career Path for

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED with experience or training in concrete construction "OR" No High School Diploma/GED with 1+ experience or training in concrete construction Valid Driver's License Commercial Driver's Permit ( ability to obtain within 30 days or hire ) Class B Commercial Driver's License with Tanker Endorsement ( ability to obtain within 120 days of hire )
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience or training in concrete construction (sidewalks, curb & gutter, traffic islands) Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License Experience with traffic control set-up Experience/familiarity with operating construction and maintenance equipment Ready to Lead?
