$20-$23 per hour, depending on experience Job Summary Lingo Staffing is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Switcher to move and position trailers and trucks around the facility. The ideal candidate will have experience maneuvering tractor-trailers in a warehouse or distribution environment and be comfortable working independently while following all safety procedures. Responsibilities Safely move and position trailers around the facility and loading docks. Back trailers into designated dock doors. Connect and disconnect trailers as needed. Perform basic inspections of trucks and trailers. Communicate with warehouse and dock personnel regarding trailer movements. Perform yard checks and ensure trailers are properly staged. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist warehouse operations as needed. Requirements Previous experience as a Switcher, Yard Jockey, Yard Driver, or similar position preferred. Experience operating tractor-trailers is a plus. Valid driver's license. Ability to safely maneuver and position trailers in tight spaces. Strong attention to safety and detail. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be comfortable working in outdoor and changing weather conditions. Must be able to pass required background and drug screening. Physical Requirements Ability to climb in and out of trucks and trailers. Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift. Ability to work outdoors and in varying temperatures. Ability to perform repetitive movements and safely maneuver equipment. #LSNCJOBS
