Traffic Control Flagger /
Utility Flagger Location:
New Hampshire (Multiple Sites) We are seeking reliable, safety-minded Traffic Control Flaggers to join our team for a new utility contract featuring Advanced Warning System (AWS) operations. Our ultimate goal is to build dedicated, high-performing crews focused entirely on this utility work. However, as we ramp up operations on this contract, team members should expect to work on a combination of both regular flagging assignments and utility/AWS work. Because of the specific logistics and safety-critical nature of this utility contract, we have strict eligibility requirements. Please review the qualifications below before applying. Key Responsibilities Set up, maintain, and move temporary traffic control zones safely. Transport and carry AWS (Advanced Warning System) signage from jobsite to jobsite. Coordinate with utility crews and team members to ensure safe, efficient traffic flow around active work zones. Maintain constant alertness and professional conduct in high-traffic environments.
Position Requirements Reliable Personal Vehicle:
You must have your own reliable vehicle to transport yourself and your equipment from jobsite to jobsite. Rideshare services or relying on rides from others are not acceptable options for this contract.
Valid Driver's License & Clean Record:
You must possess a valid New Hampshire driver's license and pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) background check that meets our corporate fleet policy requirements.
Physical Capability:
Must be willing and able to lift, carry, and set up AWS signs and standard flagging equipment.
Exceptional Reliability:
Outstanding attendance is paramount for this contract. Because we coordinate tightly with utility crews, we cannot accommodate consistent lateness, frequent call-outs, or early departures.
What We Offer Mileage Reimbursement Bonus Competitive Pay:
$21/hr
