Job Description

Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Traffic Management Set-Up crew. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and removing traffic control devices such as cones, signs, barricades, and other equipment according to the project requirements and traffic management plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Set-Up and Removal:
Install, adjust, and dismantle traffic control devices in accordance with project plans and safety guidelines.
Traffic Control:
Direct traffic safely through or around construction sites using hand signals or signs.
Equipment Maintenance:
Inspect and maintain traffic control equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
Safety Compliance:
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of the public, coworkers, and yourself.
Communication:
Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and site personnel to coordinate traffic management activities.
Documentation:
Accurately complete required paperwork and reports related to traffic control activities.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience in traffic management or construction is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
Certification:
Must obtain and maintain relevant traffic control certifications (company will assist with certification process).
Physical Fitness:
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
Driver's License:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
Availability:
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by project schedules.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$23.00 - $27.00 per hour
