Flagger Force is hiring Experienced Traffic Control Flaggers as Crew Leader Candidates to help protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones What You'll Do As an Experienced Traffic Control Flagger- Crew Leader Candidate, you will: Set up and maintain safe, compliant work zones Control traffic flow and ensure public safety Support crew leaders with setup, client communication, and field reporting Mentor new crew members and help drive site efficiency This is an essential role that directly contributes to public safety and infrastructure development.
Succeed:
Must be at least 21 years of age Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle required Employees must be able to drive themselves to and from job sites (ride-sharing or drop-offs not permitted). Satisfactory driving record that meets company vehicle driving requirements Verified through a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review Approved Traffic Control Flagging Certification (ATSSA, State Certificate, etc.) Availability Monday-Friday (as early as 6AM- late afternoon) Physical endurance
- Ability to stand for 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles per day, lift up to 30-50 lbs, and work outdoors in various conditions Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability Obtain steel-toe or composite-toe boots that lace above the ankles and are at least 6″ in height.
What We Offer Weekly Competitive Pay:
$18.50-20.25/hr based on experience $18.50- 20.
