Overview We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Traffic Control Flagger to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of both workers and the public at construction sites. This position requires effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in various weather conditions. Experience in construction is highly valued. Duties Direct traffic safely around construction zones using appropriate signals and signage. Monitor and maintain a safe environment for workers and pedestrians. Collaborate with construction teams to ensure smooth operations on-site. Conduct regular inspections of traffic control devices to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Report any hazards or issues to supervisors promptly. Skills Previous experience in construction site environments is preferred but not required. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to traffic control and construction operations. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining focus on individual responsibilities.
