This position supports the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and structures across the Shikellamy State Park Complex. The role uses a wide range of trade skills to keep facilities safe and operational. As a Maintenance Repairman 2, you will perform the following duties:Carpentry Work:
Repair or install wooden structures and fixtures across park facilitiesPlumbing Tasks:
Fix leaks, open drains, and maintain plumbing systems throughout the complexMasonry Projects:
Build and repair concrete forms, walkways, walls, and building foundationsElectrical Repairs:
Replace wiring, fixtures, and related components to keep systems functioning safelyEquipment Operation:
Operate vehicles and machinery to support daily maintenance activitiesLandscape Care:

Full-time employment Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday- Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.Special Requirement:
This position requires possession a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License.Other Requirements:
