Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Flagger to join our team. The Flagger will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of traffic around construction sites. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in various weather conditions. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction environments and be familiar with Traffic safety operations. Responsibilities Direct traffic safely around construction zones using appropriate hand signals and signage. Monitor and manage vehicle flow to ensure safety for both workers and motorists. Collaborate with construction crews to coordinate work activities and minimize disruptions. Maintain clear communication with team members regarding site conditions and traffic patterns. Perform site inspections to identify potential hazards and report them immediately. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols at all times. Experience Previous experience as a Flagger or in a similar role within the construction industry is preferred. Strong understanding of construction site safety practices and procedures.
