$24.00 - $30.00 per hour (DOE) Company Overview Select Maintenance , a sister company of Ragle Inc., provides roadway, traffic infrastructure, and maintenance services throughout Texas. We are committed to safety, quality, and reliable service that helps keep our transportation systems operating efficiently. Position Summary Select Maintenance is seeking an experienced Digger Derrick Operator to join our Houston team. This position is responsible for operating digger derricks, bucket trucks, aerial lifts, and other equipment in support of roadway, traffic signal, utility, and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities Safely operate digger derricks, bucket trucks, aerial lifts, and related equipment Transport equipment and materials to and from job sites Load and unload equipment from trucks and trailers Perform daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair activities Follow MUTCD standards and company safety requirements Assist with training and mentoring crew members Maintain required licenses, certifications, and training Use proper PPE and safe work practices at all times Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Valid Texas CDL Class A or B License Minimum 8 years of construction, utility, traffic signal, signage, or related experience Familiarity with MUTCD standards Ability to operate hand and power tools Strong communication and teamwork skills Must be insurable Additional Information Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to work at heights exceeding 15 feet Ability to lift up to 50 pounds We conduct professional reference checks as part of our hiring process Offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record review Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Select Maintenance is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
