SEASONAL ROAD MAINTENANCE WORKER
Looking to work outdoors and support essential road maintenance operations? We're seeking a dependable Seasonal Road Maintenance Worker who enjoys hands-on work to come join the Clark County Public Works team.

Spend your days supporting road maintenance operations, vegetation removal, and debris cleanup.

Daily Tasks:
Drive escort vehicles, assist crews, and handle multiple labor duties—no two days are the same
Consistent Schedule:
Enjoy a four-day workweek with every other Friday off.
LOCATION
Brush Paririe, WA SALARY:
$21.87 per hour
SCHEDULE
Full-Time, Monday-Thursday 6:30 a.m.- 4:00 p.m., every other Friday 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (9/80 schedule, no overtime), Temporary, Approx. 2 months
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive a pick-up truck with small trailer or escort truck equipped with signs, flags, and lights for oversized vehiclesAssist road maintenance crew with removal of rubble, debris, and hazardous materialsPerform vegetation removal and general roadside maintenanceSupport additional road construction duties as assigned
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Valid driver's license requiredMin 1 year of construction or labor experience, road construction/maintenance preferredStrong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and coldWork environment includes frequent noise, exposure to industrial equipment, and fumes from trafficAbility to stand and walk for extended periods while using toolsAbility to sit for extended periods while driving a county vehicleMust be able to navigate uneven terrain, bend, crouch, and reach regularlyAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
