Position Overview:
We're hiring Sealcoating & Striping Technicians to join our crew for the season and beyond. This is a field-based role where you'll be out on job sites applying sealcoat and paint striping on driveways, parking lots, and commercial properties. If you're detail-oriented, take pride in clean work, and like being outside- this job is a great fit.
What You'll Do:
- Apply sealcoat to asphalt surfaces using spray systems and squeegee methods
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, blowing out cracks, and filling minor damage before sealing
- Apply parking lot striping and traffic markings using line striping machines
- Set up traffic control, cones, and safety barriers at each job site
- Operate and maintain sealcoating spray rigs, line stripers, and hand tools
- Mix and load sealcoat material accurately per job requirements
- Document job completion and communicate any surface issues to the foreman
- Follow all safety protocols and company standards on every job
Who We're Looking For:
- Experience in sealcoating, striping, or pavement maintenance preferred
- willing to train motivated candidates
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in delivering a clean, professional finish
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced field environment
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to work early morning start times
- Valid driver's license required
- CDL or experience pulling trailers is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
