Job description No experience is required but our customers have strict guidelines and safety requirements, and you must be willing and able to learn.

Daily Job Responsibilities:

Safely set up road signs, traffic cones, and/or any other equipment to direct traffic around the work area. Control oncoming traffic with signs to ensure the road crews are able to operate safely. Be knowledgeable of the surrounding roads, so oncoming traffic could be further directed, if they were to stop and ask. Communicate with crew members over radios, through hand signals, or flags. Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure your safety as well as the safety of those on the roadways.

Candidates Must Be Able To:

Work 12 - 14-hour shift Travel out of state for days at a time Be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time Lift up to 50 pounds (occasionally) Be outside in weather elements for extended periods of time Have a valid Driver's License with clean driving record (NO DUI's or excessive points) Pass a standard criminal background check, work verification check, 10-panel drug screen, and fit for duty physical We offer competitive wages, paid time off, paid training, company supplied PPE.
