POSITION SUMMARY
- Mistras Alaska is searching for NDE Assistants. The candidate shall have at minimum a 40-hour radiation safety course completed. The NDE Assistant will assist NDT level II and III's. The work schedule will be a rotational hitch of 21 days on, followed by 21 days off or 14 days on followed by 14 days off. Daily work shifts will be 12 hours located on the North Slope of Alaska.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- + 40-hour Radiation Safety Course.
ASNT SNT-TC-1A
is preferred but not required. + Current IRRSP or state card is preferred but not required. + Current level I or higher Rope Access certification IRATA or willingness to obtain. + Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and valid driver's license.ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS
- + Must be able to routinely lift up to 75 lbs.
