Job Description

JOB Under general supervision, leads and participates in the work of an assigned crew and/or assists supervisory staff with day-to-day coordination activities of an assigned work unit; performs a variety of skilled line and power work associated with the construction and maintenance of low to high voltage and energized overhead and underground electrical transmission and distribution lines. Performs other duties as assigned.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
High school equivalency and successful completion of a four-year state certified lineman apprenticeship program, attainment of journeyman certificate and five years of power construction, maintenance and repair experience.

negative drug test is required as a condition of employment. Employees must notify supervision when applying for a position.
