Read and follow maps, service orders, and construction prints. Work outdoors in various weather conditions and maintain a safe job site. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers. Requirements Previous experience as a Cable Lineman , Telecom Technician, or similar role. Ability to climb poles, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs. Knowledge of coax and/or fiber installation, splicing, and testing. Familiarity with bucket trucks, ladders, and basic hand tools.
