The ideal candidate will be responsible for locating and marking underground utility lines to prevent damage during construction projects. ## Duties

• Use specialized equipment to accurately locate and mark underground utility lines
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine the location of utility lines
• Operate backhoes, forklifts, and other equipment as needed
• Conduct land surveying to identify precise locations of utilities
• Collaborate with construction site teams to ensure safety and efficiency
• Provide field service support for utility locating and cabling projects ## Experience
• Previous experience in utility locating or related field is preferred
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and land surveying techniques
• Familiarity with backhoe operation and forklift handling
• Strong understanding of construction site protocols and safety measures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
