Fiber Optic Lineman (Pole Transfers)•

$25- 40/hour based on production + option for production pay
- About Us WilCo is a production-driven fiber optic company focused strictly on pole transfers. We don't do installation—we move fast, stay efficient, and get the work done right. We're a tight crew that believes in one thing: You produce, you get paid. No babysitting, no wasted time.
- What You'll Be Doing Pole transfers (primary focus) Pole setting and removal when needed Working through existing lines safely and efficiently Reading prints and completing jobs accurately Working outdoors in all conditions Keeping pace with a high-production crew that doesn't stand around
- Pay Structure $25
- 40/hour depending on your production and performance Option to switch to production pay for higher earning potential Production model: crews earn 80% of the job rate
- What We Provide All tools necessary to get the job done Company truck provided Optional housing available for $175/week (not required)
- What We're Looking For Fiber / telecom experience preferred (especially pole transfers) — will train the right person Physically capable and ready to work Willing to travel and work long days when needed Strong work ethic (no exceptions) Team player who can keep up with production pace Valid driver's license (CDL is a big plus)
- Bonus Points If You Have Pole transfer experience CDL Climbing experience A solid attitude and can move with a crew that actually works
