What you will be doing:

Safe and effective operation of Bucket Trucks for assigned tasks Mentor new hires as required. Capability to carry and utilize a 28'-32' ft ladder in locations inaccessible by bucket truck (ability to climb is advantageous). Identify opportunities for improvement while creating and implementing viable solutions Availability for emergency repair calls on a 24-hour standby schedule, including weekends and holidays, on a rotating basis with other standby crews. Must be able to install & repair exterior cable hardline to include coax, 628 & 875, all counts of fiber & strands Must be proficient in using a lasher Prefer 2 years of experience but will train the right individuals Apply personal ethics, honesty, initiative, flexibility, responsibility, and confidentiality in all areas of responsibility.
