Role:
TEP is seeking a hardworking and mechanically inclined Civil Field Technician to join our on-site field team. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role ideal for someone eager to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Must be able to travel out of market as needed for up to a total of 2 weeks. Dig trenches for underground conduit up to 42 inches deep across various terrain and weather conditions Assemble and install steel ground platforms, cabinets, and other heavy equipment Use hand and power tools to bend conduit, thread pipe, and pull wire Assist electricians and foremen with electrical installations and infrastructure work Form, pour, and finish concrete pads and small foundations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines on-site
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year general construction experience preferred; some cell tower industry experience highly preferred. Experience with concrete form and finishing experience preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills; self-starter, team player, and results oriented. Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle. Heavy machine operator experience. CDL license preferred but not required.
Compensation:
Pay Range:
$23-$30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
