Job Description
Northwestern Electric Cooperative, Inc. is accepting applications for the position of Lineman Apprentice in Woodward, OK. This is a full-time position with occasional after-hours, weekend, and emergency assignments. This position will occasionally be on-call and must be available to respond to calls at short notice. NWEC is a nonprofit electric cooperative and is owned by those we serve, our members. NWEC strives to be our members trusted, preferred energy provider and impactful community partner. We believe we can accomplish this by hiring individuals who will partner with us to provide outstanding service to our members. Benefit package includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, 401K, LTD, Paid Holidays Pre-employment drug screening and DOT physical required. CDL preferred. (CDL holders will receive a $2,000 bonus with a 2-year employment contract) The individual hired for this position must live in or be willing to move to the Woodward Area Northwestern Electric Cooperative, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
