Construction Post Frame Forman

Overview Rose Post Frame, LLC is looking to expand our construction crew and business.47 With your help we can do it. We are looking for Jobsite Formen and Laborers! You may be just the right person to join us! Duties Learn and comply with Rose Post Frame, LLC's construction and safety procedures, methods, and standards Will consider those with less experience and a positive attitude! Onsite training available. Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow is important Leadership or crew management experience preferred Assist in leading a crew of 3-4 construction laborers Valid driver's license required Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions. Various heights via ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks, and other safe work platforms over 10 feet Reliable, full-time, year-round construction work, sometimes in extreme weather conditions and elements, indoor or outdoor, including heat, cold, rain, mud, dust, and snow, depending on the job location Available to work 9-10 hours during peak construction season Ability to take direction and produce quality work in an efficient manner Chris (605) 415-9501 Beverly (605) 891-8759
