Role:
Now hiring for the Transmission Line Construction Team! Join us and be part of a 16-person team that works on LCRA Capital Portfolio projects around Texas. You will be trained to safely work on transmission lines using a variety of equipment. As your knowledge and skillset increase, you will be trusted with more independence, as you continue your training with the goal of being a High Line Worker Journeyman. How You'll Contribute:
Help construct, maintain and repair transmission lines. Operate and maintain equipment like bucket trucks, boom trucks, drilling rigs, and winch trucks. Learn and follow all safety, environmental and departmental policies and procedures. Respond to emergency situations. Safely climb wood and steel transmission structures to extreme heights.
How You're Qualified:
Zero or more years of experience in transmission and/or distribution line construction and/or maintenance work or related field involving work at heights, or relevant experience. Valid driver's license.
How You'll Stand Out:
Have experience working on transmission or distribution lines. Hold a Class A Commercial Driver's License.
