Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, excavators, and front loader to excavate trenches and prepare sites for utility installation. Water meter installation, grinder station installation and maintenance Install, repair, and maintain sanitary systems, sewer lines, stormwater systems, and underground utilities according to construction plans and blueprint specifications. Use utility locating tools and techniques to identify existing underground utilities before excavation to prevent damage or service disruptions.
