Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining overhead bridge cranes and related equipment at customer sites.
Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair overhead bridge cranes from various manufacturers
  • Install, program, and troubleshoot VFDs, remote controls, and other electrical systems
  • Understand and work with mechanical, electrical, and structural components of cranes and runways
  • Work with pneumatic bridge cranes and hoists
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Accurately document work performed, including time logs, checklists, and service records
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations and recommendations
  • Be available for overtime, weekends, and on-call assignments
  • Travel up to 10-20% of the time within the U.
S.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an overhead crane service technician
  • Proficient with 3-phase power systems (460/230V)
  • Clean driving record and background check
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must pass a drug screening and physical exam
  • Must provide personal hand tools and testing meters
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with VFDs, PLCs, and remote systems
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$28.00 - $40.00 per hour
