Responsibilities Lead or assist outdoor structure installations Manage helpers or crew members when assigned Communicate professionally with customers Follow AssemblyHub installation and quality standards Submit progress and completion photos Help maintain project efficiency and professionalism Preferred Experience Gazebo/pergola assembly Outdoor structures Construction/framing Handyman or carpentry Crew leadership Retail or Costco-related assembly experience Compensation Compensation is based on: Project size Experience Leadership ability Region Crew capability Lead Installers and Regional Partners can earn strong project-based income with opportunities for recurring work and long-term growth.
