Job Description

General Laborer (Fall Season 2026) August -

November Pay:

$20.00/hr

Schedule:

1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Hours may vary based on business needs.) Responsibilities Work around soybeans, corn, pollen, and dust for extended periods. Perform duties in outdoor and warehouse environments. Assist with distributing, shipping, and sorting seed. Shell and thresh crops and treat seed as directed. Travel with the road crew as needed. Work safely in hot, humid, wet, and muddy conditions. Perform all other duties as assigned. Requirements Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Comfortable working around soybeans, corn, pollen, and dust. Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift. Willingness to travel with the road crew when needed.
