The successful candidate will be responsible for training and developing potential line workers in the technical skills and safety protocols required for working on electrical power lines.
Job Duties:
  • Provide in-person instruction to students in both theory and practice.
  • Deliver instructional material.
  • Conduct hands-on training sessions.
  • Evaluate students' performance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
This role requires extensive experience as a line worker, strong communication skills, and the ability to mentor and guide students in a high-risk environment. The ideal candidate should be passionate about safety and committed to preparing the next generation of line workers. 5 years of relevant experience Understanding and experience with electrical power line safety requirements. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently and adapt seamlessly to fast-paced, dynamic environments. Skilled in engaging and supporting students from different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Training experience preferred but not required.
