Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Field PSV (Pressure Safety Valve) Tester to join our team. This position is responsible for testing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and documenting pressure safety valves in field environments to ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, understands industrial safety procedures, and is comfortable working in demanding field conditions. Key Responsibilities Perform in-field testing and certification of Pressure Safety Valves (PSVs) Conduct set-pressure testing using calibrated equipment Inspect valves for wear, damage, or operational deficiencies Document test results accurately and complete required reports Ensure compliance with OSHA, company safety policies, and customer site requirements Communicate findings with supervisors and customers professionally Follow Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and participate in safety meetings Travel to customer sites as required Assist with valve removal and reinstallation when necessary

Qualifications Required:

High school diploma or GED Minimum 2 yrs. PSV testing and valve experience Knowledge of

ASME/API

standards Experience with pressure testing equipment Mechanical experience in industrial, oil & gas, refinery, or manufacturing environments Ability to read gauges, pressure charts, and technical documentation Strong understanding of safety procedures Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Manlift experience needed Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 50 lbs Climb ladders and work at heights Stand, kneel, bend, and work in all types weather Work in varying weather conditions Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Company-provided PPE Why Join Us?
