Specialty Construction General Description:
Supervise subordinates, fuses, fabricates and installs products for assigned jobs.
Essential Functions:
1. Fuses, installs, and fabricates all products in accordance with US Fusion standards and procedures 2. Responsible for most aspects of small crew supervision to perform necessary work in completion of jobs 3. Installs liners in accordance with US Fusion standards and techniques 4. Adheres to all applicable safety standards 5. Issues corrective action on safety and policy infractions when observed 6. Facilitates career development of all Technicians and Sr. Technicians in conjunction with US Fusion management 7. Continuous safety training and maintenance of safety credentials
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Cross-train with other departments as needed. 2. Participates in other duties as assigned by
Operations and Construction Managers and Superintendents Minimum Experience, Education, and Licensure:
1. High School Diploma 2. 2-5 years' experience 3. Valid Driver's License 4. Valid

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Equipment/mechanical knowledge. 2. Strong attention safety and instructions. 3. Dependable and punctual. 4. Communication and leadership skills. 5. Critical thinking / problem solving skills. 6. Conveys a professional and positive image and attitude regarding US Fusion. 7. Able to work nights, weekends and travel out of town for extended periods of time as necessary for project completion.
