Maintenance Assistant

Job description: ```Duties``` Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment and systems Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and ensure efficient operation of facilities Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections ```Experience``` Basic carpentry, plumbing, renovation skills & will need painting experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals Experience with welding and working with logic controllers is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Skills:

English language proficiency for effective communication with team members and customers Customer service skills to interact with residents or employees in a professional manner Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate completion of maintenance tasks Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment Leadership skills to guide and train junior technicians if required
