GED Driver's License Full Job Description Schedule:

7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Worker to join our Environmental Services Department. This position plays a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant environment at our residential facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on facilities, equipment, and vehicles Assist with preventive maintenance programs and safety inspections Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and costs Support emergency preparedness including fire and evacuation drills Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local safety regulations Participate in team meetings, trainings, and in-service sessions High school diploma or GED required Minimum 1 year of skilled maintenance experience (medical facility experience preferred) Ability to operate and maintain various tools, equipment, and vehicles Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for transport) Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in diverse settings and adapt to change Proficient in reading and writing English Must maintain all required training competencies

Pass Drug Test Pass Level II Background Physical Requirements:

Ability to reach, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs FPDC is an intermediate care facility for the developmentally disabled. We care for individuals 24/7 in a set of four (4) homes that hold up to 16 individuals.
