Wage:

Position Summary The Maintenance Worker at Lone Tree Retirement Community is responsible for maintaining a safe, functional, and attractive living environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. This role plays a key part in ensuring that Lone Tree Retirement Community remains a place residents are proud to call home. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs in resident apartments and common areas throughout Lone Tree Retirement Community Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders Conduct regular inspections of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting Complete minor repairs such as painting, drywall, flooring, and fixture replacement Maintain outdoor areas including walkways, parking lots, and landscaping support as needed Assist with apartment turnovers to prepare units for new residents at Lone Tree Retirement Community Ensure all tools, equipment, and work areas are kept clean and organized Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment at Lone Tree Retirement Community Support emergency maintenance needs, including after-hours situations when required Qualifications Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, respectful attitude toward seniors Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods Why Work at Lone Tree Retirement Community?
