Maintenance Manager / Assistant Production Manager Key-Lix - Smithfield, UT

Key-Lix is looking for a hands-on leader who knows how to keep equipment running, people moving, and production operating efficiently. If you are mechanically driven, experienced with welding and fabrication, and not afraid to jump in and solve problems, we want to talk to you. This is not a desk job. We are looking for someone who can lead by example, work alongside the team, and help drive production and maintenance operations at our growing manufacturing facility in Smithfield, Utah. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair production equipment Perform welding, fabrication, and mechanical repairs Assist in overseeing daily plant production operations Work directly with the Plant Manager to keep operations running efficiently Help lead employees and maintain accountability on the production floor Monitor quality control standards and production consistency Coordinate preventative maintenance and reduce downtime Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment What We're Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude Welding and fabrication experience required Electrical knowledge is a plus Leadership ability with a strong work ethic Detail-oriented and dependable Ability to motivate employees and hold team members accountable Self-starter who takes ownership and solves problems Manufacturing, industrial, agriculture, or production experience preferred What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Medical insurance Paid vacation Long-term growth opportunities Stable, growing company Team-oriented work environment Leadership role with hands-on involvement

Pay:

$72,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
