As a result of continued growth, we are looking for motivated Maintenance Carpenters to join our growing team.

Core Responsibilities Repairs:

Inspects buildings for damage and repairs structures like walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and floors.

Cabinetry & Millwork:

Fabricates, repairs, and installs cabinets, shelves, countertops, and finished trim. Maintains structural components to prevent deterioration. Install doors, pre-hang wood/steel.

Exterior Work:

Repairs siding, decks, fences, and outdoor structures.

Collaboration:

Coordinates with other trades (plumbers, electricians) and manages subcontractors.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

3-5 years' experience in rough and finish carpentry.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with power tools (saws, routers, grinders) and ability to read blueprints and sketches.

Physical Ability:

Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces. Valid driver's license is required . Common Job Requirements Strong knowledge of building, health, and safety codes. Proficiency in drywall installation and painting. Ability to use computer-based systems for work orders.
