About Us Store & Haul is a leading food grade transportation business, specializing in the bulk transport of liquid food products via semi-tractors and stainless-steel tankers. We operate facilities in Van Wert & Bellevue OH, ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet and providing top-notch support to our drivers. The Role Store & Haul, Inc. is a family-owned, food-grade kosher tanker trucking company based in Van Wert, Ohio. We are looking for a Part-Time Maintenance/Facility Tech who can work flexible hours of 20 hours or less per week, with the exception of additional hours as needed. The ideal candidate has facility maintenance experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. Duties will include but are not limited to facility, depot, and grounds maintenance with exposure to cleaning chemicals, loud noises, and high temperatures. This position supports safety-sensitive operations and requires strict adherence to all DOT, OSHA, food safety, and company safety requirements, which are an essential function of this position. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintain property

• stone lot, landscaping, signs, emptying trash, lighting, etc. Maintain assigned company equipment including tank wash equipment, heating/steaming equipment, etc. Maintain proper parts inventory Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment and building
• stainless steel plumbing, boilers, heat exchangers, water heaters, air compressors, garage doors, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and power washers Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of our equipment Modifying existing systems as needed Ability to fabricate, repair, or create components from stainless steel and aluminum Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED Prior facility maintenance experience required Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through Ability to work independently Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-directed work style; able to identify what needs to be done and do it without being told Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality Valid driver's license Preferred (Not Required) Experience in the trucking, transportation, or logistics industry Physical Demands and ADA Requirements The physical demands described are representative of those required to perform the essential functions of this position, with or without reasonable accommodation, in accordance with the ADA and Ohio law.
