Job Description
Chico Hot Springs is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to help keep our historic property running smoothly. This role reports to the Director of Engineering and works across all departments to support daily operations. What You'll Do Respond to maintenance calls across the property Perform repairs (plumbing, HVAC, heating, guest rooms, general maintenance) Complete preventative maintenance on equipment Take daily readings on equipment, meters, and temperatures Assist with irrigation, landscaping, and general labor as needed Complete routine maintenance tasks, including painting, carpentry, and plumbing Communicate with departments on maintenance needs and updates Respond to emergency situations as needed Help manage parts, materials, and supply needs What We're Looking For 3+ years in maintenance, engineering, or facilities Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and general repairs Hotel or resort experience preferred
HVAC/CFC
