We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to optimize maintenance activities and ensure efficient execution of work orders. This role focuses on planning future jobs, coordinating resources, and supporting plant reliability initiatives. If you have strong organizational skills and a passion for proactive maintenance planning, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Review and process SAP work requests; create detailed job plans for routine and non-routine tasks.
Maintain and update the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), PMs, BOMs, and job kits.
Coordinate parts procurement, storeroom inventory, and job order kitting.
Communicate with departments and maintenance supervisors to align priorities and schedules.
Audit maintenance tasks and support plant TPM activities.
Maintain a healthy backlog of work requests and ensure timely execution.
Qualifications Education:
Engineering degree preferred.Experience:
Minimum 2+ years in industrial maintenance planning. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, SAP, ARIBA, CMMS, and related systems. Knowledge of maintenance management principles and long-term facility planning. Working Conditions Based in a manufacturing facility; overtime, weekends, and evenings may be required.
