The Job:
As a Maintenance Engineer Manager, you'll be part of our Global Functions & Enablers team working as an onsite employee. You'll get to: Lead and manage the maintenance/machinists and engineering team. Develop, implement, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment. Coordinate and supervise corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure rapid response to equipment failures. Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to support manufacturing operations and process improvements. Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement. Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Develop and deliver training programs for maintenance staff on new equipment, technologies, and safety protocols. Lead projects focused on equipment upgrades, installations, and plant expansions. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the maintenance department.
The Person:

You also have:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration is preferred. 7+ years of combined experience in manufacturing maintenance and engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, reliability engineering, and equipment troubleshooting. Professional certifications such as Certified Maintenance
  • Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Working knowledge of Lean concepts and other continuous improvement methodologies.
