Parts Counter Person Duties and Responsibilities Greet all customers promptly, provide timely professional services. Provide excellent customer service Look up parts requests Efficient parts inventory Some heavy lifting required Maintain positive working relationships with customers Works Effectively with Others Build productive working relationships Approachable, open communication, listening skills Takes initiative to help as needed Flexibility Effectively handle changes Maintain composure with customers Multi-tasking a must Any additional duties as deemed necessary by supervisor Qualifications Parts experience preferred, but not required High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's license Obtain the Ford Parts Counterperson Certification status Basic Computer knowledge
