ABOUT THE ROLE
This position coordinates, directs, plans, and controls activities of the maintenance department workers ensuring that tasks and jobs are completed within company standards.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
Responsible for adherence to all company policies, including, but not limited to and the use of personal protective equipment, other health, safety and environmental procedures. Accountable for maintaining an accurate file system of prints, P.M. schedules, work orders, material requisitions and parts as assigned, with Maintenance Supervisor. Responsible for ordering parts and coordinating equipment repairs and/or adjustments with Maintenance Supervisor. Direct, oversee, train and continually monitor the effectiveness, behavior, and needs of the workforce assigned. Assist Maintenance Manager with scheduling, planning, and assigning daily maintenance work throughout the plant. Responsible for training and development of maintenance personnel. Ability to work with outside vendors on projects when needed Perform hands-on work as needed when business levels dictate. Works any and all shifts and is available on an on-call basis in times of need. Regular and predictable attendance is essential to this position. Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

High School Diploma or GED
Field of Study Preferred:
Manufacturing or Engineering or Experience
Required Work Experience:
4 years

Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize-approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to respirators. Employees who are required to wear respirators must be clean-shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
