Maintenance Handyman

Duties Perform routine maintenance tasks across residential or commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical repairs, carpentry, and general troubleshooting. Use schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues with mechanical or electrical systems. Conduct repairs involving welding or mechanical knowledge to fix or replace damaged components. Maintain facilities by painting, cleaning, and refurbishing spaces as needed to uphold quality standards. Operate tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to identify electrical faults accurately. Assist in managing maintenance schedules. Supervise or coordinate with vendors or contractors for specialized repairs or installations when necessary. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience and familiarity with schematics. Ability to operate tools like welders and ohmmeters safely and effectively. Experience with facilities maintenance in residential or manufacturing settings is highly desirable. Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a maintenance environment. Customer service skills to interact professionally with residents or clients while addressing maintenance requests.
