Summary We are seeking a Handyman to join our dedicated team at North Hills Facility Services, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. Your contributions will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in service. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs in commercial and residential buildings. Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify issues and ensure proper functioning. Assist with minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks as needed. Assist porters will cleaning duties (less than 25% of the time) Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects. Requirements Proven experience in general maintenance or maintenance person services. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills.
