Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Concierge - Doorman to be the welcoming face of our client's building. This role involves providing outstanding guest services, managing access points with professionalism, and ensuring a safe and hospitable environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Duties Greet residents, guests, and visitors warmly while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times Manage building access by verifying identities and assisting with entry procedures for residents and authorized personnel Provide exceptional guest services by answering inquiries, offering directions, and assisting with packages or deliveries Handle phone etiquette professionally when communicating with residents or visitors over the phone or via intercom systems Collaborate with front desk staff to coordinate guest arrivals and departures efficiently Assist with resort or building amenities to enhance guest experiences and foster a welcoming environment Requirements Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, or restaurant settings is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse situations positively and professionally Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse community effectively Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of front desk operations, guest relations, and phone etiquette is preferred Experience working in resort or high-end residential environments is advantageous Ability to remain alert and attentive during long shifts while maintaining a friendly attitude Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences!
