$DOE (Based on Experience) Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician I to support the upkeep, repair, and overall functionality of facility equipment, systems, and physical structures. This role is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations on machinery, equipment, and building systems Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems Install and repair fixtures such as water heaters, furnaces, and related equipment Dismantle defective equipment and replace or repairponents as needed Perform preventative maintenance including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment Maintain facility structures including painting, carpentry, and general repairs Ensure all work ispleted inpliance with safety standards and regulations Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and vendors Document work orders and maintenance activities accurately Assist with additional maintenance duties as assigned Qualifications Experience in one or more of the following: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, welding, or mechanical systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blues, and schematics Basicputer skills for work order tracking Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail andmitment to safety Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and walking Ability to work in various indoor/outdoor conditions Why Join Us? Pay Details:
