COPY LINK link Adecco Staffing is hiring a Maintenance & Janitorial Technician supports daily facility operations in a regulated, audit-ready manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and functional facility through janitorial duties, light maintenance repairs, and general facility support.Type:

Typically, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible to 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM if needed)Pay:
$28+/hr. and Higher (DOE) Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain restrooms, cafeteria, offices, and production areas Perform floor care including sweeping and mopping Manage trash removal and recycling Maintain cleanliness and audit-ready conditions Perform light electrical troubleshooting and fixture replacement Complete basic plumbing repairs Assist with carpentry work including doors, locks, and hardware installation Assist with boiler troubleshooting and minor repairs Support HVAC, lighting, and building system maintenance Run and terminate CAT-5/data cabling as needed Assist with equipment moves and workspace reconfiguration Conduct routine facility inspections and report issues Support audit readiness andpliance requirements (ITAR awareness required) Escort and support external contractors/vendors (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) Maintain reliable attendance and flexible availability, including occasional off-hours support Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 3 years of facilities maintenance, janitorial, or general maintenance experience Manufacturing, industrial, or regulated environment experience preferred Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Ability to troubleshoot and perform general repairs Experience with standard maintenance tools and equipment Strong problem-solving, multitasking,munication, and teamwork skills High attention to safety and detail Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and perform repetitive hand and arm movements Reliable and accountable work ethicPay Details:
