On Any Given Shift, You Might:

Operate fluidized bed dryers, conveyors, bucket elevators, and other heavy-duty plant equipment Troubleshoot issues before they become bigger problems Perform inspections, maintenance, repairs, and adjustments Run quality control tests to make sure products meet top standards Help improve plant performance, safety, and efficiency Track production and maintenance KPIs Coordinate tools, parts, and equipment needs Assist with repairs, cleanup, and keeping operations running strong Jump in wherever needed — because teamwork matters here Some nights are smooth sailing. Some nights keep you on your toes. Either way… it's never boring. Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience in aggregate, sand, asphalt, or industrial plant operations Familiarity with conveyors, dryers, screens, or similar equipment Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Basic computer and recordkeeping experience

You'll Also Need:
